Medalist Spring 2007 Dart League
New to Medalist, but want to play?
It's easy to form a team for the Medalist Dart League, just follow the three steps:

Play five games of Cricket Count-Up and five games of 501.
On a Dart Ability Assessment Form, as indicated, record the scores.
By using the information on the reverse and the rating chart on the bottom of the Dart Ability Assessment Form, declare a rating of 1 - 17 points. |

Review the League Sign-Up Packet for days, flights, ratings, schedules, formats... |

Along with your teammate(s), fill out the Team Entry And Roster and pay your sponsor. You are now ready to compete in the largest soft-tip dart league in the world! |
